XPS insulation boards are made of extruded polystyrene foam board faced on both sides with a fiberglass mesh and a thin cement polymer mortar. They are widely used in the under floor system , floor, wall, ceiling etc by acting as a very efficient thermal barrier.
XPS insulation tile backer boards are made of extruded polystyrene board with fiberglass mesh embedded in a cement polymer mortar.It's widely called Tile backer board in international market. |
